On a very cold Sunday morning, your technician promptly arrived and working in the cold crawled in my crawl space to figure out the problem and get the furnace working. He was so courteous and apologetic that we woke up to such a chilly house. What a terrific technician.

Ponder Services put in a New Heat and Air Unit in our Double Wide, It cools the place great, and cut our Light Bill to. Excellent service, and very knowledgeable in what they are doing

Our A/C went out Wednesday night. Called Ponder early on Thursday and talked with Andy at about 7am. He sent Keith out at 10am same day. Diagnosis was that compressor failed and since it was a very old system could not really be repaired. New heat pump was needed. That afternoon Andy came out and looked things over and quickly put together a few estimates for me to consider and I chose the one I wanted. They were able to get the equipment that afternoon for an install the next day, Friday. Andy rearranged their schedule since this was considered an emergency. Brad Tuggle and his assistant arrived at 7:30am on Friday and completed the whole job in just 6 hours. That included removing all old inside and outside units and installing new units and running new lines. To say I'm impressed and grateful to only have to be without A/C for just one day is an understatement. This was excellent service to the max! Much thanks to Ponder!

Thank you ponder Keith was amazing he fixed the air conditioning my wife is a dialysis patient and he got her cooled down give that man a raise his customer service skills are wonderful he is a rare employee keep him around thank you !!!!!!! Also today August 14th I had the pleasure of having Lucas in my house did a wonderful job very professional
